We print your motifs, photos or texts on premium fleece in a thickness of 260 gsm. The material is characterised by its special softness and at the same time high robustness. Premium fleece creates the best conditions for your individually designed cosy cushions. These are suitable to use as sofa cushions, seat cushions or sleeping pillows.
Many of our customers also use the cushions to have individual beds printed for their pets. The basic design of the cushion covers is white. This means that you are very flexible when it comes to printing the motifs.
We have 400 x 400 mm square cushions available for printing your motifs. The entire surface can be printed. The print motifs can be placed on the front or back. It is also possible to print on both sides of your cushions. This allows you to choose a different motif on the back than on the front.
It would be very elegant to place a photo on one side and a saying or slogan on the other. This way, the cushions can simply be turned around and a different look is created. Simply select the desired version in the configuration menu.
Transfer printing
With the digital transfer process, motifs and fonts are printed in CMYK on a backing paper and then transferred to the fabric with a transfer press. In transfer printing, flat colours as well as the finest colour gradients, for example in photos, can be brilliantly represented. By printing on a white transfer film, colours are reproduced perfectly, as the background does not shine through. Furthermore, transfer printing is characterised by high contour sharpness and coverage. A further advantage is undoubtedly the independence of fabric and colour, which is achieved by transfer printing. Regardless of which textiles are printed, the appearance of the print is identical on every fabric.
